This pale ale has a sweet passion fruit aroma that is held in check in the body by the bitterness of the sage, with a long, crisp, dry finish.

Turing spent his last years working on the Manchester Computers and developing theoretical computer science. His (then illegal) sexuality led him to be forcefully chemically castrated and lose his government consultancy position.
