Sparkling cider made of a 60/40 blend of apples (Signe Tillish + Akero) from around Stockholm and pears from Skane. Cider and perry co-ferment. On the nose – Initially a little reductive but opens up with tropical notes and pear skin. On the palate – Clear notes of pear with a bit of cloves with a touch of brett. Not crazy acidic and extremely juicy. Pairing: Perfect on its own, vegan burger or BBQ jackfruit. Serve chilled. Vegan. Gluten free. 750ml. 6%.
